Donna M. Conroy has worked as a part time manufacturing and quality assurance consultant with Liquid Labs LLC in Lakewood, New Jersey, since 2019. Her responsibilities in this position involve organizing services within the company’s manufacturing, quality control, and testing divisions including InVivo and InVitro testing management, including international product testing, and approval processes in the United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, and other global markets. Donna Conroy further serves the company by coordinating international and domestic events and trade show projects and related international markets. In May 2025, Ms. Conroy joined National Sport Group LLC as general counsel and human resources director. She works in this capacity for National Sport Group and several of the organization’s subsidiaries. Her duties include employee hiring, contract and compliance reviews, developing employee handbooks, training, coordinating liability coverages and litigation support. In the past, Donna Conroy was a law partner with the Frieri and Conroy boutique commercial law firm for 29 years. She received her juris doctor from Seton Hall Law School and belongs to the New Jersey Bar Association. Donna Conroy (also known as Donna Sheard) enjoys traveling in her spare time, and she has traveled throughout Europe.
